Shipping and payment
When you order in our online shop pfeiffer24.de, you will be asked to enter your personal data on the way to the checkout. Here you need to opening a customer account. Placing of an order will only be possible for corporate customers. If you are from an EU country, please provide your current VAT number in the international format.
The shipping costs in the shop area depends on the type of dispatch and country of supply, as well as on the selected product (weight).
Please note any offer and price of our online shop, price lists and catalogues is quoted net in euros. If not otherwise provided in writing, the price is understood ex works exclusive of costs of packaging (e.g. palettes, freight boxes), freight, postage, insurance, custom duties and other costs and includes the net value of goods exclusive of value added tax. If you order more than 10 pcs, we will send the products with a forwarding agency. The incurring shipping costs and, if necessary, any extra charges for for express deliveries, collection fee, special works, crane/forklift unloading, on-site deliveries, etc. will be charged to the amount of the costs actually incurred.

Please refer to the respective product description for the delivery time. Delivery takes place with DPD or a forwarding agency. An alternative delivery to packing stations is not available.
For shipping items (e.g. large products or more than 10 pcs) we require your telephone number during the purchase transaction, so that the carrier can arrange a delivery date with you. If you do not provide us with this number, we cannot guarantee timely delivery.
It is also possible to collect the goods yourself.

These are a limited number of residual items and special articles (e.g. outlet colours). Delivery is only possible while stocks last. We ask for your understanding.
We offer the following payment options in our shop:
If you would like to pay in advance, you will receive an email confirming your order, order number and our bank account details. Production will begin after payment has been received.
When buying on account, payment is only expected after the arrival of your goods.
This term of payment is subject to positive confirmation of our commercial credit insurance. In the event of negative estimation of the ordering party's financial position, we reserve the right to change the terms of payment, to require an advance payment or a provision of security.
